Each week, Kathy Whitmore, SNAP-Ed Program Assistant, will share information on recipes, nutrition, food budgeting, and basic cooking skills.
Three class series, Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
March 15: Pasta Fagioli
March 22: Vegetable Stir Fry
March 29: Chicken Curry with Rice
Each week you will take home the food you prepare, along with recipes and spices. Attend two of three classes and receive a free Crock-Pot.
Registration is required. Limited to 8 individuals. Children aged 10+ may register and accompany an adult (one child per adult).
