Reserve the Meeting Room

Perry Cook Memorial Public Library provides meeting space for library-sponsored or co-sponsored programs. The meeting space may also be used by individuals or non-profit organizations (i.e. educational, cultural, civic, intellectual, or charitable organizations) for the purpose of non-profit activities supporting the Library’s mission, when not in use for library programs. 

Requests for use of the meeting room will be considered on a space available basis. The meeting room is not an appropriate venue for one-on-one meetings of any kind, with the exception of those events held at the request of the Library, Township, County, or Board of Education.

Through this online option, you are able to reserve the meeting room during the hours of:

  • 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Thursday

     &

  • 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday - Saturday

If you need a meeting room reservation outside of these hours, please call the library to confirm availability and get assistance requesting a reservation, 419-362-7181.

Please note that room reservation request will remain pending until a completed application is completed/submitted and the non-refundable $25 fee is paid, if applicable.

You may also call or stop in the library to begin a reservation request, 419-362-7181. PCML Meeting Room Use applications can also be picked up and filled out at the circulation desk.
