Perry Cook now offers an e-Card option for those interested in an online only relationship with the library. The e-Card will allow you to check out digital books, magazines, and audiobooks via the Libby app and provide you access to all of the library's digital resources.
Ohio residents ages 18 and older are eligible to register for an e-Card at no charge.
